Community Running Club Training Program
The Community Running Club is hosting a training program for the 2018 Run for the House--a 5K/10K fundraising cross country-style race for My Sister's House on October 20. We would be so excited to have you join us! Not able to run the Race on October 20? Come join us any time for a fun and encouraging run!
Training will be held on Saturday Mornings at 8:00 am from August 18 through October 13th at the main entrance to Five Points Washington. We will train together on Saturdays and provide a personalized training program for the rest of your week. There is no cost for the training program!

Whether you are just getting started in the wonderful world of running or you are looking to improve your time or distance, we have a group for you.
First time runner? The Bronze level is geared toward those looking to get off the couch and start their running journey. This level starts with run/walks progressing to continuous running.
Are you a "former runner" or still feel new to the sport? The Silver level will help you grow as a runner. This level is for people that can currently run a mile or two.
Have you finished a 5K or longer? The Gold level will help you build your endurance, increase your speed and take your running to the next level.
