From Derek and Emily: Hi everyone! In October we started the domestic adoption process and then in May we found out we were matched with a birth mom from Indiana. Ivy Kate was born on June 20th! Through the process and all the uncertainties, we repeat these words, “To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus, all the glory evermore to Him.” We’re grateful to you all for your love, prayers and support! Please pray:
1. For the birthmoms healing, that she would come to know Christ, that we would be a support to her and for a growing relationship.
2. That the transition to a family of 6 would go smoothly as we bond with baby girl and bring her home.
